Questions about Pickup and Delivery:
Do I have to be home when you pick up or deliver my clothes?
No, we ask that you advise us the best place to pick up and deliver your clothes, i.e.; the side of your house or porch. This way you will know your clothes are safe and secure. We will pick up between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm and deliver your clothes back between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm. We pick up multiple orders a day, throughout Los Angeles and if you have scheduled a pick-up we will pick-up and deliver between those hours depending on your time window that you scheduled.
What days do you pickup / deliver?
Currently we pick-up and deliver seven days a week from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Availability is shown when you schedule.
Do you wash orders together?
Your laundry is always processed by itself and never with another customers order. We process your laundry in our commercial Dexter and Huebsch laundry equipment which is highly efficient. We fold your clothes with precision right out of the dryer. Your clothes come back to you folded and placed inside one of our custom laundry bags. Tiffany’s Laundry is a family business that operates its own laundry facilities.
Do you hang dry clothes?
Yes, we do for an extra charge of $5.00

Do you offer dry cleaning services?
We do not at this time.
Do I have to separate my clothing?
It is preferred that you separate your colors from whites but is not required. Also, if there are multiple people in the house, it is preferred that you separate each member’s clothing so it is easier to process and bring back to you. That way each member can put their clothing away.
How do I manage my account online?
You may log into your account on this website by clicking the "Login" button at the top, right of the screen. Within your account, you can view current & past orders, schedule a new order, update your payment information and other account maintenance.
Do you spot clean for stains?
No, we do not. We can recommend a great dry cleaners!
Questions About Fluff and Fold
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 15 pound minimum for drop off orders and 20 pound minimum for pick-up and delivery orders.
Will you hang up my slacks and collared shirts?
Yes, we do for an extra charge of $5.00
Can I get my clothes back the same day?
Yes, we charge $2.00 per pound for drop off, same day service. Clothes must be dropped by 11:00 am.
Questions About the Self-Service Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open from 7:15 a.m. to 11 p.m. Last wash must start by 9:30 p.m.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking. We are located in a small retail center with ~12 parking spots. In addition, there is ample street parking in the area.
What is your largest machine?
We have 55 pound machines that are great for washing larger items like comforters.
Are you attended?
Yes, there is always an attendant available to help!
Do you take quarters?
Yes, and we have a change machine.
Do your machines accept credit cards?
No, not at this time. We do have a change machine and there are several atm’s in the area.
